This dress is like new! I handmade the belt/sash to go with it :) and it's also included in the purchase. Tie wraps at neck, long and pleated at the bottom. Sleeves are sheer.. Belt alone is worth $45 but I'm includin it with purchase.. I absolutely loved this dress! Anything I list has been worn once only.
