It’s a NWT black tweed overshirt that’s lined and knitted with metallic threads for a sparkly effect. 40% cotton, 33% virgin wool, and 27% polyamide. From Fall/Winter 2020. Made in Italy. Has a somewhat boxy fit to allow for layering. About 22” wide and 31” long.
