I believe this is a 4Our Dreamers blouse, although there are no tags/markings. Navy blue with small stripes, semi-sheer. Full puffy sleeves with decorative white stitching and elastic along the wrists. Linen-like inner lining that’s very soft. Truly a lovely and comfortable blouse. Fits like a Medium.
