High waisted, lightweight, baby blue & white gingham bloomers 1990 era Genderless Elastized legs make for adorable puckered ruffle at leg. Adorable as shorts, great for relaxed Summer play & early training. Fabric & disposable diapers were very large and hung low :/ poor kids but my kids were slim babies so imo these fit closer to 18 mos possibly up to 2yrs in modern diapers or with training underpants.
