Solid aqua color with a ruffle accent crossing from shoulder to hem with ruffly edging on the sleeves as well. My best flat measurements: 19" PTP, chest and shoulders about 18" across 17" waist flat, but has some stretch 19" bottom opening around hips 6" short sleeves, wide arm opening
