NEW WITHOUT BOX. Took it out thinking I would use it with my other regular sized bottles, but my son only liked the wide neck bottles/nipples. Has size one nipple. Also includes round milk stopper to prevent leaks in diaper bag, etc. This one was never used. Pet/smoke free home.
