4/$10 - Rust Orange Forever 21 Fit & Flare Dress with 3/4 Sleeves

This is a stretchy, rust orange dress from Forever 21 in a size M. It has 3/4 sleeves and is fitted to the waist and then flares out with a flowy skirt. The neckline is a scoop neck. There are two small belt loops on either side of the waist. No belt is included. There a few tiny pulls on the skirt (see last 2 photos). Other than that, this dress is in excellent condition with plenty of life left! Measurements: - pit-to-pit: 15.5” flat before stretch - waist: 13” flat before stretch - shoulder to hem: 33” This dress is part of my 4/$10 sale!
