All of these panties are girls size 4 and are flawed. Two pairs JoJo Siwa panties -pictured on top row- very colorful JoJo panties with purple elastic have a substantial “rip” or separation of the fabric from elastic at waistband. Pink JoJo Siwa panties have minor waistband elastic deterioration. Purple elastic LOL panties also have “rip” or separation of fabric from elastic on one of the leg openings on backside. Emoji panties have “rip” or seam splitting at leg opening and side seam. All flaws should be visible in pictures.
