(4 for $16 🧡) LOFT Black Skater Skirt

LOFT Black skater skirt size medium with a stretchy waistband. Skirt could possibly fit a large. I've worn it a few times, but there's nothing noticeable. The only thing is that there are pants hanger marks on the skirt, but it's not super noticeable.
