Justin Herbert Panini Illusions Card No. 28 Every card is in excellent to mint. They aren’t graded but if they were they could all be graded 10/10 or 9/10 but I’m not a PSA or GMA grader. I’m offering this lot due to the shortage and demand. Our plan was to hold till season ends but these will allow us to make room for other cards. This will also give u a chance to own history and get what some people call the NFL’s QB of the future.
