3rd Hill wrap sleeveless blouse, M, grey

New without tags. Tried once. Did not fit me well. And I could not return it back on time. Poshing it. 19” pit to pit flat (can go way wider due to the wrap design), 17” waist, 21” hem, 25” length. Noticed some needle head stains, not sure what they are, as I did not wear it at all. A wash might do it. See the pics please. Qs? Leave them below.
