Brand new and beautiful fringed top in tropical design , hundred percent rayon. Button up front with shell buttons, so this could be a jacket also. Size large measures 40 at chest, 42 at waist 42 at the bottom. Beautiful fringe in beads of cobalt green and amber all the way around. Great with green skirt in my skirt section!
