💕3 for $15💕Charlotte Russe One-Shoulder Dress

I wore this once to a wedding, and haven't worn it since. Size 6, but I'd say runs small. Someone who wears a 4 could definitely wear it. The one shoulder has blue and black ruffles. It has a line of that sticky plastic to hold in place around the top. The back looks a little different on the two sides. Not sure if a few threads fell out or if it was always that way.
