emaj173 @orchid71 Hi there! Size 28 is 15 1/2 and it stretches to approximately 16 1/2”. Size 29 is 16” and it stretches to approximately 17” - stretching the fabric slightly!!

emaj173 @orchid71 as far as the color goes, it depends on lighting. The pictures of the model wearing the pants were taken indoors, on a white background! I have attached another picture I just took outside on a cloudy day! The color has more of a deep dusty rose / mauve tint to it! I would not use pink to describe the color. Let me know if you have any other questions!
