3X Dark Wash Jean Shorts-Chic Soul EUC

I loved these shorts, but they have become too big on me but they still have plenty of wear! I have only had these for about a month and only worn them a couple times. They are size 3X, and below is the size chart from their website: 3X- Waist: 39" Hips: 45" Inseam: 3.5" Rise: 12" I included pictures from the website because the lighting in my pictures is a little dark.
