This listing is for a beautiful and unique 3T girls dress with ruffles. Brand new with tags. The top is tank top style(no sleeves) The bottom is blueish gray striped( I’d say more of a blue.) There are 3 thin layers of ruffles that go across the chest and top of belly. They are a perfect mixture of colors to make this dress pop.
