Talbots Kids 3T dress. Long-sleeved black stretch velvet bodice over very full skirt of ivory polyester satin, overlaid with embroidered black organza scalloped and satin stitched on bottom edge. Front waistband of ivory satin forms back tie sashes. Skirt gains additional fullness from attached petticoat of ivory acetate with white tulle ruffle. Back button closure. Dress measures 25" long, which will put it between knee and mid-calf length, depending on height of wearer. In excellent condition.
