3D Rose Kentucky Derby Dress (Custom size)

DRESS ONLY (Hat for sale separately) Dress purchased then taken apart &customized entirely. Roses are 3D, jewel heart in center of chest and jewels on 3/4 length sleeves. 3” tulle pleated and added with roses perfectly placed along hemline. Back hidden zipper. Please use measurements for sizing and ask questions. Dress was worn at the Kentucky Derby for 6 hrs and has some wear along side seams but nothing terribly noticeable. Armpit to armpit: 17” Waist: 15.5” Hip: 19” Shoulder to hemline: 35”
