Sea New York 100% silk dress Just came back from the dry cleaner and is ready to wear. Excellent condition. Size is 0 but based on the measurements I think it would also fit a 2 and 4. I’m going to list as size Small as I think that covers all the sizes. The colors are navy blue and cream. Thin tassel tie at the neck. Covered elastic waistband that stretches a lot if needed. Slight ruffle at the bottom of the dress. Bust is 17” Unstretched waist is 12” Length is 44” Smoke free and pet friendly home. Fast shipping.
