Hi I just wanted to confirm this item will be shipped to me because my card was charged but this is still on your page for sale. I know I got an error that the page went down when I submitted payment and I didn't get the $8 dollar price or the discount $4.99 shipping I was offered via email and I have been charged full price for item plus full price shipping....please confirm
