For your consideration, I offer this Misses sz 14 BAY STUDIO khaki utility style skort. Waist and length measurements are included on the last 2 pictures. Skort has cute utility style pockets in front and back. The skirt portion of skort offers full coverage of shorts underneath. Material is: 97% cotton 3% spandex Material of skort is soft, not stiff or too thick, cotton twill. Not heavyweight, but not thin material either. Good quality!
