(37.5 but fit more like 36.5) Jimmy Choo-Haywood 95 pebbled-leather knee boots

Reposhing this item I purchased from @feistynfabulous. Beautiful boots; unfortunately, the original listing didn’t specify that these were pull ons and I stupidly didn’t think to ask. On top of that, these boots run small. I normally wear 7.5 or 8 and I couldn’t pull them up above my calves. I’d say these fit more like a 6 or 6.5. I received these last week and paid $523. I’d like to recoup what I can. Accepting reasonable offers.
