3-6 month Hooded Bunting

First impressions 3 to 6 month light blue hooded bunting. Feet snap on and off. Hand covers fold over. Does have a couple marks one on hand cover, one on foot, and one one right leg, also dark spot imperfection on back (see pictures). If you would like more pictures just let me know.
