stormypryor Their is a loop whole where I can get 99cent shipping on my end.What I would like for you to do is make a whole new listing for the dress(just call the new listing for stormy and fill the random stuff in if needed)what's important is to price them original at $300 and selling price $300.Wait for me to like the listing then drop the price down to 8$

jackie75176 @stormypryor I measured from armpit to armpit and it is 18", which is a 36" bust. The dress has some stretch in it. Let me know if you have any other questions.
