3/$30! Unique artsy floral minidress with bow tie collar

Adorable and super flattering! This dress is in good used condition, barely worn, but there is a small tear in one armpit but with the pattern and location it’s not really visible when wearing. Could also be mended. Still has a ton of life left! Size tag says M but it runs small and does not have any stretch (hence the tear)
