3/$30 Black shimmery rhinestone buckle fashion belt

This is a very pretty belt in good condition with the exception of a strip of sparkly material at the very tip as shown in photos. Could possibly be repaired with some thin black sparkle washy tape or even black glitter. This is a size 1X but do check measurements please. Measurements Width 1” Full length 42” (waist 34” - 38”)
