3/$25 Brand new - Long jumper- stretch material size small

Got for my daughter for Christmas she is 5’5for reference(it hit her ankles) but it was still a little loose one her. She wears a 0. I am a 4 and it fit me fine so I would safely say this would fit anyone between 2&4 I’m 5’2 (it touches the floor) Brand New never used.
