This Wet Seal dress is in Used Good Condition, with a small snag in the back on the Waistline. I've always put a decorative belt in that place or wore a cardigan, and most of the time leggings or shorts. oddly enough, this is the same sizing as a Small shirt dress I have from Wet Seal as well so I'm not sure how to size these except with a measuring tape! please refer to the pictures for that and zoom in to see specifics <3 The bottom is not ribbed. The sleeves are much longer but are meant to be rolled up, rolled down, there is a bit of a seem from elbow to forearm that shows outwardly.
