3/$20 Tarte Highlight Pallette

This is brand new but as pictured the darkest shade was damaged. For various reasons I could not return but I haven’t touched the other shades at all! The plastic protector is still on there which is why the mirror looks dirty but the mirror is not damaged. I didn’t want to clean away the makeup too much I didn’t want to mess with it more. Will ship in bubble wrap container.
