Black shimmer liquid eyeliner. It’s beautiful! Probably my personal top fave for eyeliner. The shimmer isn’t too intense to be called glitter, although looking at the tube you might think that. Super smudge proof and transfer proof, and this is coming from someone with hooded eyelids that transfer almost any other eyeliner to my upper eyelids lol. It dries in a few seconds unless you put it on fairly thick, then you’ll want to give it a minute or two before moving on to curling your eyelashes etc. The brush applicator makes it really easy to leave a super thin and precise line if that’s what you’re going for. This tube will last you for quite a long time as well.
