3/$20 Pretty Purple Floral Dress with Sheer Duster

Picture does no justice for this dress. Beautiful blues and purple floral print. Empire waistline for both. Duster ties in both the front and back. Super cute together or paired with other items. Well loved and only flaw I could find is a small fraying on one side. See pictures.
