3/$20 Navy blue glitter jelly ballet flats

Jelly-type floral textured ballet flats in a navy blue glitter color. Say 39 on the size, but fit more like a size 8 US (38). These are actually very comfortable and cushy, but they are just a little too small for my feet. Pardon the hair in the pictures, we are a cat friendly home. Never been worn other than to try on.
