3/$20 - Lightweight Blue Plaid Scarf

Lovely bright blue plaid lightweight scarf with fringed edges. No tag so I’m not sure of the brand or material make, but it feels like a cotton blend. One small pull, which is pictured. Excellent condition with no other flaws to note.
