It is handcrafted. This is such a cute ornament. The clown in riding in a reindeer sleigh. It is a 1988 Hallmark Keepsake Ornament  "Jingle Bell Clown".  When you wind him up he plays Jingle Bells. I tested him and he works great! Condition: This ornament is preowned and comes in it's original box. It has been used, but is in excellent to near mint. The wind up key is a little discolored. It is still in the orginal packing. The outside of the box shows a lot of shelf wear. (See pictures in the description and enlarge them.) Important Note; The spots that you see are from the camera flash not damage to the item.
