Disc in near perfect condition with no scratches, fully functional and includes game manual. Only played a couple of times. The only sign of wear is on the plastic covering on the game case itself, very light scratch marks, hardly noticeable. The goal of this game is to build a civilization under a historical figure. The rating of this game is everyone ten & up, however the violence displayed in game is cartoon violence and not graphic. This game would be appropriate in my opinion for any age.
