This is such a great dress. Black stretch cotton with long sleeves, high low style, and cross back with cutout at the low back. Scoop neck. The front is lined. Comfy and stylish. Tobi brand. I don't see a size or fabric tag but it is approximately a small or extra small. waist is about 12" unstretched
