Pre-owned but in good condition. Please see photos for actual condition. The straps have been cut off as seen in one of the photos (I actually bought it like that. Yes, I was kind of stupid not to have noticed :( To be honest, it doesn't affect the niceness or function of the shoes. Worn literally for 4 hours during an event.
