3/$13 Eastbay red compression shorts

Eastbay Red compression shorts with black waistband Small hole in the leg, as pictured. I think these are a size large, but the size and material content info have faded. Waist: 13" approx. with stretch-my son wore a 32" waist in jeans when he used these. Length from waistband to hem: 17" approx.
