3.1 Phillip Lim for Target Navy/Gold Sequin Dress

Navy blue chiffon with Grecian style draping across the top. Gold sequels on the left shoulder and all down the back. Skirt is very flowy with a romantic semi-handkerchief style hemline. Does not have tags, but has only been tried on a few times. (I bought a size too small and PROMISED myself I'd fit into it one day..... that was about 2 years ago so......🙄)
