This gorgeous cornflower blue dress by 3.1 Phillip Lim for Target is the perfect, flattering, easy to wear, easy to care sheath dress (WITH POCKETS!!). The pretty bearing on the collar on half of the twist design is a great and simple detail that elevates this piece. I had 3 inches professionally hemmed from the bottom as I felt it was little long for my 5’2” frame. My sister wore it once and is 5’7” and it was still a perfect length.
