Fun and edgy black dress from 3.1 Phillip Lim. Has 2 layers that are attached to each other. Inside layer is a black cotton tank dress, outside layer is a sheer black short sleeved dress. Adjustable ruching at both shoulders. Length is slightly longer in front (39 inches), back is about 34 inches. Side zip and button closure. Size 2. New without tags, never worn. Comes from a smoke-free and pet-free home.
