3.1 Phillip Lim Merino Wool Light Gray Skirt pleat

100% Merino Wool. Has some wear from hangers (see photo) -13.5” across waist lying flat -2” elastic waist band at top -19” in length -has some flare and small pleats (lays pretty flat on though) This skirt is listed as a large but I have worn it (pant size 2-4) as a high waisted skirt and it fits fine. It does have some stretch!
