3.1 Phillip Lim Black Belted tshirt Dress

3.1 Phillip Lim crew neck rolled short sleeve dress with multiple slits. Fun for both work or outside of work. In very good condition. No visible flaws. Note that I sewed a very small section where the skirt connects to the top by the zipper area because the snap button otherwise does not hold that section together properly (design flaw in my opinion). Otherwise, great fun dress!
