30/32 (26-28) Short Sleeve Plus Top

Studio 1940 brand Pretty black and white belted top, good for casual and a night out! Cute belt can be adjusted and has a 3 circle design in the front. 100% polyester. I believe this runs small and would be a good fit for size 24-26, and can be cinched in with the belt for a perfect fit. This top is like new, never worn, but with no tags.
