I would love to foster! My cat is sorta a queen B and she has really bad IBD (which the husband hates), I just feel it would make her angry. I would love to adopt a senior cat, eventually ahhh ❤

rlynmass @mickeysmove what a wonderful idea! Beautiful cats! My Willow was a rescue. Can't count how many feral cats me & my co-worker socialized, spayed/neutered, fed, brought in as office cats, adopted out. Fortunately my father & grandfather were generous to have the business foot the bill. It seems like a never ending battle at times! How wonderful of you! Keep up the good hard work! Blessings 2u!😽

I've been turning feral kittens into spoiled house cats since I was 4, bc when they literally follow you home, what else would you do?! 😻 shelters are packed. mickeymcfierce @matana Oh wow! I had 5 for the past 6 months but normally have 3 kitties. I want to open to sanctuary when I make it big. That is the first way that I would spend my $. All my kitties have been rescues (mutts) and have added and continue to bring such joy into my life. A fox?! When I was living in Burbank, I was thinking about adopting/fostering a pig, chicken or goat. That is amazing! Was that in LA? All sorts of wild ones living there :D Can't wait to go back!

I know there are a lot of animal lover's on Posh. I currently Foster and Volunteer with BrooklynAnimalAction.org They are wonderful at placing rescues in safe homes.

matana @mickeysmove not in LA,it's was in Israel. I use to take care of animals. Kind of a small zoo. We had monkeys, many type of chickens and birds. Sheep, goats, and horses I love horses. Oh and cows that I had to milk at 4 am sometimes. 🙃😊🙃

The only thing that has stopped me is Ive been afraid of how I would handle the really ugly side of what these pets go through, but then I thought, how selfish am I? Obviously seeing the bad is heartbreaking but these animals need a voice and the more people that help the more we can save!

mickeymcfierce @eyecandybydidi Not at all! It can be sad but I try to focus on the animals, one at a time. It is definitely hard work but worth it. You should go for it if you have the time (it can also be very time consuming). I am just so thankful to the non-kill rescue organizations that pull animals from ACCs/kill shelters and give them a second chance. I am trying to do more, there is so much to do. I thought Posh might be a great place to get more going to help more animals.

My gf and her husband I grew up with they own "No Fear Rescue" in Campbell Ohio look it up on FBK I donate to them a lot and help their cause(rescue bait dogs etc)
