fabulouswomen I’m so sorry to hear the booties didn’t fit. I know you were excited about the purchase. I tried to be honest and give my best opinion on the fit, but shoes are tricky to buy without trying on. The Bally brand ran a half size smaller for me, and most of my designer shoes I’ve brought over the years I took a 8.5. I’m willing to give back the money I made on the sale which was $34.34. I could buy them back for that price and pay $4.99 shipping. If you decide not to repost them. Cheryl

fabulouswomen @karensmith317 I heard back from PM support team, they said when a buyer receives their purchase they have a window of three days to put in a return claim instead of accepting it. Because it was accepted they can’t reverse it. They asked that you reach out to support@poshmark.com Please try this and let me know what they say. I’ve told them I’m willing to accept the return merchandise.
