3 rare original hand-made in Venice paper mache masks Carnevale di Venezia

A wonderful lot of hand-made paper mache masks from Venice, Italy. They were used during their Carneval di Venezia festival. Two of them are hand-painted bird masks 12" long. Both have tags that read ``Carnevale di Venezia - Artigianato Locale - Maschera fatta a mano''. The third mask is a large jester-like mask with silver and gold designs including painted rope with beads, a velvet cloth neck and velvet stuffed top area, and metal bells on the hat tips. Has a ribbon for hanging and ones to tie if being worn. Measures 20" tall x 10" across. Condition on all is very good other than a little dusty inside (were in storage for a long time).
