3 piece created pink and white sapphire ring

This is a 2cttw. 3 piece lab created pink and sapphire ring. The center piece is includes a pink sapphire halo with surrounded with white sapphires. The other two rings have grooves that fit the top and bottom of the center ring. The setting is in silver (no stamp). The size is an 8 but runs smaller so it’d fit a 7-7.5 ring size.
