s487t @pastorlionelw1 the vest and jacket are 44L, pants 38L, inseam 34 1/2 inches long and in seam to the waist is16 inches, when my husband bought the suit he ask the store to change the pants for smaller size because he was loosing weight {cancer}, and the seller agree, thats wy the discrepancy in size, but he never got the chance to ware it. Trying to be honest with my byers and appreciate your interest in this particular merchandise.

pastorlionelw1 hi just to be clear, a 44L suit comes standard with 38 waist pants, so if the pants we exchanged for a smaller size, what size were they exchanged to?
