@amykelley352 hi! the fabric is very flowy but not very stretchy or see-through; though I do suggest wearing a white or flesh toned bra underneath 🙂

I am confused on the length, you state 29.5 and the chart states 48.8. a tunic generally runs at 30 to 33 inches.
